1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using PilotDeck's services at pilotdeck.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of service
PilotDeck offers managed website building, SEO optimization, content creation, and social media distribution. This includes AI-assisted content with human review, hosting, maintenance, keyword research, and multi-platform social distribution.
3. Subscription and billing
Services are billed monthly under three plans: Base at $97 a month, Growth at $299 a month, and Agency at $899 a month. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and when you change plans mid-cycle the charge is prorated immediately for the days remaining in the month. The service includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, and you can cancel at any time without a long-term contract.
4. Content ownership
You own all content created for your website, including website copy, blog posts, images, and assets produced through the service. When you cancel, your content remains yours and stays published unless you ask us to remove it.
5. Content review and approval
All content enters a review queue before publishing. You can approve or reject content, and PilotDeck will not publish content without your approval. You are responsible for verifying that content is accurate for your business.
6. Acceptable use
You may not publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content, violate intellectual property rights, distribute spam or malicious software, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime for websites we host. We do not guarantee SEO rankings or traffic outcomes, but we do guarantee consistent, professional execution of your growth strategy.
8. Limitation of liability
PilotDeck's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Cancellation
When you cancel, your website stays live with full content and asset ownership retained. No exit fees. No hostage situation.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms and will notify you by email or in your dashboard. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
